Since 2022 I’ve been helping the Terra Classic ecosystem rebuild trust and usability—through rebrand concept families (v1–v3), a free CC BY 4.0 UI Kit for wallets and dApps, the governance-selected community hub terra-classic.money, and representing Terra Classic in conversations and events worldwide.

Validator “CHALLENGE LUNC”
Operated a validator, gaining real experience with: Staking (delegation, commissions); Communication with delegators and community; Infrastructure and monitoring realities.
Process & Governance Contributions
Proposed an “Enhancing Validator Efficiency” framework, urging professionalisation: (PM tooling, specialisation, clearer accountability).
Contributed to discussions around community pool usage, decentralisation, and incentives.
Rebrand Concepts (v1–v3)
Prepared multiple full rebranding directions (logos, visual systems, ecosystem-ready key visuals).
Structured proposals with reasoning about decentralisation, history, and future-facing identity.I design brand systems that support multiple products, validators, dApps, and future launches – not one-off campaigns.
Terra Classic Wallet UI — Dedicated Desktop Wallet
Product / UX / UI design of a desktop-focused wallet specifically for Terra Classic.
Goal: contribute to the revitalisation of one of the largest blockchains in crypto history by improving daily UX for users.
Roles: Researcher (wallet UX, user expectations, security patterns), Product Designer (functional concept, flows, business/usage logic), UX/UI Designer (from wireframes to final Figma designs).

Led brand strategy, identity, and key narratives.
Designed full app UX/UI and marketing site; authored user documentation.
terra-classic.money — Independent Community Website
Conceptualised and executed a neutral, SEO-friendly, information hub for Terra Classic.
Selected by governance as the main third-party profile link, validating trust and community impact.
Terra Classic Workshops
Coordinating and leading a 20-person, cross-stakeholder working group (validators, L2 teams, community) to define Terra Classic mission/vision and align on a shared roadmap.
