Web Product Expansion & UX Strategy

I partnered with SkinApe, a fast-growing gamified reward platform, to lead the transformation of its mobile-first experience into a fully featured web application. Team led by me conducted in-depth research, UX workshops, and competitor analysis to define a scalable digital ecosystem. We developed a comprehensive UX and UI strategy, information architecture, and design system tailored for desktop. The goal: shift user engagement from mobile to web while elevating the brand’s usability, performance, and trust.
